4. Account Security

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

5.4 Verification

The name on the mobile banking account used for withdrawals must match the name registered on the 5777bet account. Requests to transfer funds to an account under a different name will not be accepted.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be met.

The wagering requirement on bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

6.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. You should read those terms carefully before claiming a bonus. 5777bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings in the accounts concerned will be cancelled.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for various games and markets. These limits are displayed in the interface of the relevant game or market.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely fair and not predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is stated on that game's description page.

7.3 Cancellations and Dispute Resolution

If a game or betting round is not completed due to a technical fault or any other reason, 5777bet reserves the right to refund the stake for that bet. In any betting dispute, the decision of 5777bet's management will be considered final.

7.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, postponed, or altered and is not completed within the predetermined timeframe, the related bets will be considered void and the stakes will be returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

5777bet reserves the right to close an account and forfeit funds if a member is found to be involved in any of the activities listed below:

  • Fraud, deception, or money laundering
  • Operating games using hacking, bots, or automated software
  • Harassing other members or behaving inappropriately
  • Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
  • Exploiting any technical fault on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
  • Conducting transactions using another person's account credentials
  • Using the platform for any illegal activity

5777bet reserves the right to review any transaction and investigate to identify suspicious activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 5777bet platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, video, and audio — is protected as the intellectual property of 5777bet and its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Service Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer service. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed. Unused bonuses at the time of closure will be cancelled.

11.2 Suspension by 5777bet

In cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, or security concerns, 5777bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The member will be informed of the reason for suspension to the extent possible.

12. Changes and Updates

5777bet reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications on the platform.
